You are welcome to collect your completed items directly from our workshop in High Wycombe. As we operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure we can give each client our full attention, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time for collection.

This is a great opportunity to see the workshop and discuss any final details about your project in person.

UK-Wide Delivery

For clients who are unable to collect, we offer a reliable and secure delivery service across the UK. We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Delivery Process & Costs

  • Standard Parcels: For smaller items, we use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail or DPD. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and value of the item and will be included in your final quote.
  • Large or Fragile Items: For larger, heavier, or particularly delicate pieces, we may use a specialist courier or a dedicated pallet service to guarantee safe transit. We will discuss these options and the associated costs with you before finalising your order.
  • Tracking: All our deliveries are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched, so you can follow its journey.
